Photos of the our most recent set of wheels - a 1989 Porsche 944 S2 (hereafter known as "White Lightning").
You'll also get to see some nice photos of the Trans Am. It just recently was sold to a lucky young gentleman in Vilseck, Germany. I'll miss that car...

Our newest little rocket.
This puppy has one of the biggest 4 cylinder engines that you'll come across: 3.0 liters pumping out 215 hp. That means a LOT of torque for a 4 banger. |

It's in GREAT shape!
The paint is in awesome condition - no nicks, dents or scratches anywhere (this was garaged it's whole life, I think).

Interior is great, too.
My only problem with this car is that it has a lot of rattles and squeaks. It is 12 years old, but that's no excuse, it's a Porsche! So, we just crank the stereo! |

Top speed?
I will probably have the good fortune to find out someday (courtesy of the autobahn). So far, I've wound it up to 250 km/h, which is 156 mph! The speedo says 270 km/h, and it just might do it!

Time to find a racetrack!
This thing feels like it will do very well on a racetrack, so when the weather clears, I'll be sure to make that happen. |

The Beast!
It was hard to let this thing go. But it's just not meant for the type of driving that we do over here. It's a real head turner, though. It screams "Hey, look at me!" compared to many of the dull, drab-colored German cars.

Well kept
As anyone who knows me can tell you, this car has been well-taken care of. It has been driven fast (sometimes hard), but it's always been kept clean and maintained. |
